Akihiko Shimoyama

Born in Hiroshima. Graduated from the University of Tokyo (Bachelor) and the Tokyo University of the Arts (Master).
Co-organized students summit with Harvard university, taking a leave of absence and undergoing meditation training in India.
After that, he participated in various competitions; winning the Career College 2016, a business competition hosted by Mynavi, and achieved first place in investment returns in an investment contest hosted by Bloomberg, making him the national champion in three different fields.
In October 2017, he founded CoinOtaku Inc., aiming to "advance the cryptocurrency market with reliable information". Within six months, Coin Otaku grew to become a leading media outlet in the industry, consistently achieving over 1 million monthly page views and more than 10 million yen in monthly profits. He later entrusted the CEO position to an intern and became the CEO of Senjin Holdings. In July 2020, he sold CoinOtaku to a listed company for approximately 600 million yen.
In March 2021, he graduated from the University of Tokyo and pursued a master's degree in design at Tokyo University of the Arts, aiming to become a social sculptor creating across both business and art.
